Anaro Investments Ltd is a management company only, and is responsible for the day to day management issues relating to the property direct.  However, the responsibilities extend well beyond this point and incorporate general administration of the ownership structure (Company) inclusive of finance, accounting and support to the Board.  This company and its management systems are also available for the management of assets bought by outside (other than Anaro Holdings Ltd) entities.

About Us

Anaro Holdings Limited specialises in sourcing commercial investment properties.

The Anaro Group has in excess of 20 years' experience in the purchasing and management of commercial property.  The experience gained over the years has created an intuitive base of knowledge that helps to instinctively identify those properties that are worth investigating further as likely investment opportunities.

Each investment has its own unique ownership entity.  Anaro works with investors who already have experience in the rigours of business and who have a natural preference towards direct control over their investments.

Anaro incorporates a separate company for each commercial property investment.  All investors have the power to nominate a Director, typically themselves.  This ensures that the investors' influence is available to the Company during all facets of the decision making process.

Anaro Investments Limited specialises in the supervision and management of the entire process on your behalf.

WHAT is the ANARO track record and WHY should you seriously consider ANARO?

Anaro presently manage a portfolio of commercial investment properties approaching $400 million.

We have in excess of 20 years' experience in the commercial property industry.  Discerning investors appreciate our market knowledge, management expertise and well established contacts.

The investor has a greater degree of participation in this type of joint venture structure than other forms of multiple ownership entities e.g. property syndicates and proportional title purchases.  This relationship between investor and Anaro forms a partnership, with the power always residing in the hands of the investor.
