Anaro Group commercial investment opportunities are not ‘public offers’ for the purposes of the Financial Markets Conduct Act 2013 (FMCA) and are only open to Wholesale Investors. A Wholesale Investor is a person (or persons, trust or company) who can demonstrate a good understanding of financial products and how they operate including an assessment of the benefits and risks or meet certain asset or turnover thresholds. This approach is popular among investors looking to get into commercial property. Participating in this type of arrangement provides passive income (we do the work for you), is hassle free , provides capital appreciation and diversification.

 

It is often referred to as Direct investing or Property syndication. Many investors invest in multiple syndicates, thereby providing their portfolio with property diversification.

How often are returns paid?

A Return on Investment (ROI) is paid monthly into an investor’s nominated bank account.

How long do I need to invest for?

We specialise in investing in commercial properties with the potential for long-term value growth. While we encourage investors to approach these opportunities with a long-term perspective, we also recognise that circumstances may change. In such cases, the process for selling your investment is clearly defined in the company constitution.

What is a Wholesale Investor?

Anaro Group provides investment opportunities for Wholesale Investors.

Wholesale Investors are defined in law and in basic terms, are people or organisations who have sufficient previous investing experience to not require full disclosure.

What is involved in the application process with Anaro Group?

Anaro Group must complete a due diligence process on all investors in accordance with the Anti-Money Laundering and Countering Financing of Terrorism Act 2009 (AML-CFT). This means part of our application process will involve the collection of certified documents to provide identification, prove your address and source of wealth.
